Design Print Shop will not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or for any period of time. Design Print Shop is not liable for a customer’s mistake on the design platform that has resulted to a mistake on the finial printed product, Design Print Shop will always try its best to print the highest quality, but from time to time digital printed product/s colours can differ and has a possibility that the colour of your product may not match a previous order, being printed with another company (That might use different machines/method of print) or from Design Print Shop (Due to new print methods, new machines or machine maintenance) Design Print Shop is also not liable if the colour of the end product does not match with the colour seen on customers screen (Being in any digital form such as mobiles, tablets, pads, laptops, desktop computers and etc.) due to different screens being different contrast, brightness and colours. Design Print Shop is not liable for a bad/low quality image/picture that has been printed on the end product, due to a customer supplying or uploading a bad/low quality image/picture. All customer have a responsibility to approve their design/edit before printing, any mistake after approval that has been printed on a final product down to the customers error, Design Print Shop will not be liable for any mistakes printed after a customer’s approval.

Once a product has been dispatched to a customer from Design Print Shop, being store, warehouse, distribution center or other place of business. The product will be with a third party company to deliver the product to the customer, once the product leaves Design Print Shop, being store, warehouse, distribution center or other place of business, Design Print Shop will no longer be responsible for any issues, for example lost products. Design Print Shop will try its best to provide all customers with tracking details, time to time a customer may not receive a tracking number. It is a customer’s responsibility to track/trace any product parcel dispatched from Design Print Shop.

It is a customer’s/clients/users responsibility to make sure that customers/client have the full copyrights or relevant permissions to use all, pictures/images/content/materials added or uploaded to Design Print Shop to be printed or to be used digitally.

Privacy Statement.

Design Print Shop will not use the personal information collected on this website for any purpose other than that specified. Design Print Shop declares that all information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions concerning data protection.

Design Print Shop may use your details to send you in-house promotional content, not of that from a third party. Some print jobs may be distributed to third party print groups located closer to your location or for unique products.

Any illegal activities seen on Design Print Shop from users, customers or clients will be reported to the legal authorities and your details may be shared to tackle any criminal activities. We may also share your details on the request of legal authorities at the company’s discretion.
